BCEC Unity Event Celebration - Saturday, March 28th (中文)

• WHAT IS THE UNITY EVENT CELEBRATION?
  A unity event with Jesus as our Honored Guest. We will celebrate with food, music testimonies and games.


• WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS EVENT?
  To CELEBRATE His blessings on our church and to BUILD UNITY across all 6 BCEC worship services.


• LOCATION OF EVENT:
  The Castle – 130 Columbus Avenue, Boston (located at the corners of Columbus Avenue and Arlington Street)


• TIME OF EVENT:
  Program and dinner will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Doors officially open at 4pm. Please arrive early to sign-in and drop off any food contributions. Remember that it takes a long time to get 1000 people through the door.


• WHO IS INVITED?
  EVERYONE is encouraged to attend as this is a celebration party.


• HOW DO I SIGN-UP TO ATTEND THIS EVENT?
  Option 1: On-line registration is available on the internet. Click on the BCEC Unity Celebration Event icon on the top right section of this page to register. Please sign up as early as possible. Deadline is March 22nd.
  
  Option 2: BCEC Expansion team members (Shepherds) will be contacting each person personally to invite you to this event. Shepherds will call you during the week of March 15-21st. If you do not connect with your Shepherd during that week, you will have the opportunity to sign up at the hospitality table after Sunday service on Sunday, March 22nd.
  
  NOTE: If you know that you will not be available during the week of March 15-21st and will not be at church on March 22nd, you may contact Helena Fong at Helena.fong@gmail.com.


• HOW CAN I HELP?
  Food Contributions: Although most of the main meal will be catered (Chinese food), we welcome any main dishes that will feed a minimum of 10 people (size: ½ aluminum size disposable pan).
  
  Desserts: Bring desserts that are bite-sized or cut into small pieces.
  
  Drinks: Bring 2-liter soda, large containers of juice or gallons of water – Please no cans or glass bottles.
  
  Other ways to help: There are plenty of ways to help including hospitality/registration, set-up/clean-up, food servers, decorations, games/activities. Please contact Rob or Pauline Huie at 781-962-6249 or email to bcecunity@bcec.net as soon as possible.


• CAN I SHOW UP AT THE LAST MINUTE WITHOUT PRE-REGISTRATION?
  We ask that you pre-register for this event as we are catering the food. If you find that you can come at the last minute, please COME.


• IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
  Free parking is available at the Herald Street Garage (parking pass is needed). If you need a parking pass for that evening, please contact Dennis Chin, BCEC Operations Manager (dennis.chin@bcec.net) as soon as possible.
  
  Other Options:
  Pinstripe Parking, 130 Arlington Street - $15 flat rate - Located behind the Castle
  
  Motor Mart Parking , 26 Park Plaza – Rates (3 hours – 12 hours): $20
  
  Valet Parking is also available at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.
  
  Metered parking available on Columbus Avenue as well.
