Dear Parents of the clubbers to BCEC AWANA,

On behalf of the AWANA team, I would like to welcome your family for joining the BCEC AWANA program in 2016.

This fall, AWANA will officially start on Friday, 9/16/2016 with a family night, where parent or guardians are expected to accompany your children at the first meeting to learn about BCEC AWANA. Dinner will be provided that evening.

Please be aware of our NEW schedule:

7:15-7:30 pm
Clubbers check-in to AWANA
7:30-9:00 pm
AWANA club time
9:00-9:30 pm
Supervised care (optional)

There will be no supervised care after 9:30 pm.

As manpower is an integral part of AWANA, we require all families to serve and establish partnership with our teachers at minimum of 2 times yearly. Your participation in AWANA will be a learning experience for you on how to reinforce the good elements of AWANA at home as well.

This is the 3rd year of BCEC AWANA, we will continue to depend on God’s strength to lead the ministry, so that our servants, parents, and kids are blessed by the ministry.
